It is possible to make a reservation choosing between a standard tariff or a non-refundable one depending on the guest’s need. The standard one provides for the payment on the day of check-in and free cancellation with flexible terms until 7/5/3 days before the arrival; with the non-refundable one, the cost of the reservation will be charged immediately (Tourist Tax excluded) and no cancellation is allowed. However, in case this occurs, the cancellation fee provided for in the reservation made will be debited from the credit card.
Each reservation requires a credit card as a guarantee and the payment will be made according to the timeframe of the tariff plan chosen. Refunds follow the flexible terms of the reservation made.
No, there is no need to print a receipt or a copy of the reservation, you just have to have it on your mobile phone or any other device to show the Staff upon arrival.
